The Employment (Non-Citizens) (Restriction) Exemptions Regulations provide that certain categories of non-citizens are exempted from Work Permit. These non-citizens are granted a Certificate of Exemption, for which application has to be made on the Common Application Form for Work Permit/Certificate of Exemption and Residence Permit available on this Portal.
